General Terms & Conditions  for airline programme mileage redemption:

  • Guest should provide airline programme membership number at time of reservation and/or check-in
  • Guest must show a valid airline programme membership card at check-in and choose miles for their stay
  • Guest must be paying an Eligible* Room rate
  • Only one mileage award per room per Eligible* Stay
  • Please allow 4-6 weeks for your mileage to be credited to your frequent flyer account
  • If your mileage does not show on your account within 4-6 weeks, please claim missing mileage by emailing  ghahelpdesk@iclployalty.com  with your frequent flyer membership number and details of your stay.

*  Eligible Stay means one or more consecutive nights spent by an airline programme member booked at an Eligible rate at any one participating hotel. This is regardless of the number of times that the member checks-in or checks-out during that stay.

*  Eligible Rates do not include tour operator rates, groups and packages, free/complimentary stays, travel industry rates and internet wholesaler/ third party rates.
