The Local Experience provides free tickets for two people. If there are more in your party, you can purchase extra tickets via our ticket line or at the Palace itself (see Terms and Conditions below). Tickets are valid for seven days from the date selected at the time of booking.

A new lift makes the Palace accessible to all and, for the first time, kids under 16 go free. Local Experience includes two tickets at no cost to customer.
